To equip parents of children with disabilities with ToT skills in tailoring and making reusable diapers so as to meet the health needs of their children with incontinence issues, create employment and earn an income for themselves and for KAPCDAM.
KAPCDAM Inclusive Skilling Centre (K.I.S) is a project under the management of Kampala parents of Children with Disabilities Association – Makindye, and it was started with support from Makindye Division Gender Office, to reduce unemployment among urban youth (Male & Female) and parents of CwDs through provision of vocational training and employment opportunities in the field of tailoring and knitting.
